Deposit: Payment: A valid credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express) must accompany all reservations.
Check In: Room and taxes for the entire stay will be charged on day of arrival. Any incidental expenses will be charged at the time of purchase.
Rates: As listed on the website, the nightly rates are based on double occupancy, with a listed maximum occupancy per room, which includes children.
Pets: We welcome your furry family member! A non-refundable pet fee of $30 per night, per pet will apply on all reservations that include pets. The maximum number of pets allowed per room is one. Pets must weigh no more than 50 lbs., be kept on a leash at all times, be non-aggressive and may not bark excessively. Pets may not be left unattended. Owners are responsible to pick-up after their pets while on the grounds. Poop-bags will be available. Out of consideration for our other guests, excessively loud or disruptive dogs will have to leave the hotel without refund.
Cancellations: Cancellations can be made by phone or email.
No Show: 100% of total stay room rate and taxes will be charged
Children: Children under 13 must be supervised at all times by an adult (21). Parents or guardians are responsible for all minors under 18.
Smoking: All rooms are non-smoking and vaping of any kind. A designated area is provided on the grounds for smoking. Smokers, please use this area only and use the provided receptacle for your cigarette butts. Throwing cigarette butts on the ground is a fire hazard.
Fires: For the safety of our guests and wildlife, no fire, lit candles, incense, or tobacco items are allowed inside the rooms.
Quiet Hours: Quiet hours begin at 10PM-8AM.
Internet Service: Internet service in this location is not guaranteed.
Check-in: Check-in is at 4PM-10PM with late check-in upon request. Please contact us to make arrangements outside of this time frame. Early or late check-in fees may apply.
Check-out: Check out promptly by 11 AM.
Damages: Damaged, or missing items within the rooms, will be billed to your credit card.
Lost / Left Behind Items: Shipping charges will apply if you request us to package and ship your items left behind.
Privacy Policy: We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.
